Each apartment is fully equipped and completely furnished with has its own view to the sea. 5 minutes from downtown, in the Cerro Bellavista Touristic District. Just a few a steps away from “La Sebastiana” (one of Pablo Neruda's famous houses) and from Nemesio Antunez and Mario Toral's Museum. Other neighboring touristic attractions are “Subida Ecuador” Bohemian District and the Cinzano Bar, Jota Cruz Restaurant, and Anibal Pinto square.

-Small spiral staircase to go to the 2nd and 3rd apartment, (first apartment has a direct entry)
-No parking space. Safe, touristic area, three blocks away from a Police Station, very good lighting in the streets, at half a block distance from some fancy hotel and restaurants.
